The intermediate yoga class is intended for those who are already familiar with the basic techniques of yoga and are looking for a challenge and deeper practice.

During the class, more complex yoga poses and their variations are introduced. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move according to their individual needs. The class ends with relaxation exercises that help the body and mind to recover and calm down.

As this is an intermediate level class, we recommend participating only if you already have previous yoga experience. Participants should also be prepared for a physical challenge.
