Back yoga is a yoga class that is suitable for alleviating back pain and strengthening the back.

The spine balances the work of the body’s bones, joints, muscles and nerves, and the actions of these body parts in turn affect our body’s position, movement and overall health. Back yoga is intended for anyone who wants to prevent or reduce back pain, improve spine mobility and strengthen their back muscles. In addition to the spine, we also work with other muscles that maintain posture and tense areas. Each participant is approached personally, depending on the person’s problem.

The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability
