The advanced yoga class is designed for those who have been practicing yoga for a long time and wish to deepen their knowledge and skills. The class offers physical and mental challenges and is suitable for those who wish to progress on their yoga journey.

During the class, complex yoga poses and their advanced variations are introduced.

Participants are encouraged to step out of their comfort zone, accept challenges, and move within their limits. The class ends with a longer relaxation exercise that helps the body and mind fully relax.

As this is an advanced level class, we recommend participation only for those with long-term yoga practice who are ready to take on challenges. Participants should also be prepared to exert themselves physically and be aware of their body’s limits.
